Update #19
Irregularities found in analyzed elections data
A nonprofit organization dedicated to election integrity, SMART Elections, has published an in-depth review of the voting patterns and drop-off rates observed in the 2024 race. While the nonprofit makes it clear that there is no conclusive proof of manipulation or fraud at this point, their findings are supportive of exactly those things happening. Without suitable alternative explanation, the results appear to be artificial.
It’s not exactly a smoking gun, but instead it’s as if they found a dead body. The nonprofit can’t tell if this body died of natural causes, but they just took its vitals and confirmed it’s dead. It’s alarming, to say the least.
And in this metaphor, we also know there’s some criminals in the area with both motive and means.
Let’s break it down:
Voter "Drop-off"—What Is It, and Why Does It Matter?
Central to the SMART Elections report is the concept of “drop-off”—the number of votes for the presidential race that are not reflected in the next statewide down-ballot race, such as for a senate seat or attorney general’s office. In simple terms, drop-off occurs when there’s a difference in votes cast between the presidential candidate and the next down-ballot candidate of the same party.
The most striking aspect of the findings is the stark difference in swing state drop-off between the two major parties, and how it compares to non-swing state drop-off. According to SMART Elections, there’s a huge difference in drop-off if you’re looking at data from a swing state verses data from non-swing states.
In swing states, the data shows that many more votes were cast for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump than for his Republican Senate candidate counterparts. On the Democratic side, however, the opposite was true in swing states—there was a large number of votes for Democratic Senate candidates, but not for Vice President Kamala Harris. Between the two, parties there was a difference in swing state drop-off of 7.06% in favor of Trump.
But outside of the swing states, the drop-off looked more typical, with a difference of 0.63% in favor of Trump.
Here’s how SMART Elections described it (emphasis mine):
The differences between the Republican drop-off and the Democratic drop-off in the 2024 U.S. Presidential race are extreme. In the six swing states that we analyzed, on the Republican side, Trump had 752,508 votes more than the Republican Senate (or down-ballot) candidates.

In the days after the election, this same idea was referred to as “bullet ballots” in a “Duty-to-Warn” letter penned by tech executive Steven Spoonamore and sent to Kamala Harris. He later admitted this was inexact terminology and apologized, but stood by his stance that he observed an anomaly in the 2024 election results. He posited that irregularities in the data are indicative of targeted manipulation in certain states.
Now the SMART Elections team confirms these irregularities are real and suspiciously seemed to only happen in the swing states.
But is it a big enough swing to have an impact on the results?
Yes, absolutely.
In the five swing states of Arizona, Michigan, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Nevada, the drop-off margin identified by SMART Elections is greater than the margin of victory. Assuming the drop-off is the result of election manipulation, it flipped those five states from Harris to Trump. Collectively, these five states represent 58 electoral votes out of the 270 needed for victory.
Here’s what it would look like on the map if those states went for Harris instead:

Hello, Madam President. That’s a solid Harris victory, and likely what we should have had this November.
Conclusion:
The results are anomalous, isolated to swing states, and may indicate our voting machines or tabulators were hacked.
The drop-off margin is large enough to have flipped five swing states to Trump, handing him the election.
These findings are certainly weird enough that they warrant a closer look at the ballots—either a hand recount or a forensic audit.
Okay, so it’s suspicious. What can we do about it?
We need to talk non-stop about these hinky results. A reputable, non-partisan non-profit has published findings that call the election results into question. Spread the word. Tell your friends and family. Start the discussion, if you haven’t already.
Have connections? Use them, because the America we cherish today may look very different on the other side of a second Donald Trump inauguration.
Yes, a heavy stigma surrounds the topic of election security—but our democratically elected leaders have only days to act on the findings of this report. It’s much too important to leave it to someone else to raise this issue. Can democracy count on you?
Please take ten seconds to share this article and help get the word out!
Donald Trump didn’t just steal the election, he stole America’s future. And it will stay that way unless we do something about it.
