Update #8
Wisconsin Vote Margin Within Recount Threshold
Sen. Tammy Baldwin and Trump lead their opponents by just 0.9% of the vote in Wisconsin.
Both races are within the margin that qualifies for a recount under Wisconsin law. While there's no automatic recount, a candidate can petition if they suspect "mistake or fraud" and the margin is within one percentage point in races with over 4,000 votes.
The petition can be for a specific ward, municipality, or the entire state. But the clock is ticking: the petition must be filed by the third day after canvassing is completed—when vote totals are finalized at the municipal, county, and state levels.
This means Harris has an opportunity to trigger a recount of that state! If irregularities are found, it will unravel the whole scheme. But she has to choose to initiate it, and prepay for the recount. Even if she won Wisconsin, it wouldn’t flip the presidential election—so the calculation for the campaign may not support petitioning for a recount unless convinced of irregularities in multiple states.
Growing Number of Cybersecurity Professionals Call for Recounts
A group of influential computer scientists has urgently written to Vice President Kamala Harris with a warning that immediate recounts to verify election results are warranted.
The letter highlights the organized campaign by Trump allies to breach multiple voting systems in 2021 and 2022, copying software that records and counts votes. The experts argue this unprecedented security breach demands thorough recounts of paper ballots to ensure the accuracy of computer-generated results.
They emphasize that audits in key states are scheduled to occur only after certification, closing the window for recounts—making immediate action essential.
The experts further explain the risks: “Possessing copies of the voting system software enables bad actors to install it on electronic devices and to create their own working replicas of the voting systems, probe them, and develop exploits. Skilled adversaries can decompile the software to get a version of the source code, study it for vulnerabilities, and could even develop malware designed to be installed with minimal physical access to the voting equipment by unskilled accomplices to manipulate the vote counts. Attacks could also be launched by compromising the vendors responsible for programming systems before elections, enabling large-scale distribution of malware.”
The letter also notes that, despite the existential threat, the has been no federal investigation into the matter—even though the experts raised alarms with the Attorney General, FBI, and CISA in late 2022 and 2023.
Signatories include prominent computer scientists and election security experts:
Professor Duncan Buell, Ph.D., Chair Emeritus—NCR Chair in Computer Science and Engineering, Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering, University of South Carolina
David Jefferson Ph.D., Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory* (retired), Election Integrity Foundation
Susan Greenhalgh, Senior Advisor for Election Security, Free Speech For People; Chris Klaus, Chief Executive Officer, Fusen World

Russia Says It Brought Trump To Power, And Now It’s Time To Pay Up
In a suspiciously timed statement released via Russian state media, Putin aide Nikolay Patrushev suggested that Russia had a hand in Trump’s election:
To achieve success in the election, Donald Trump relied on certain forces to which he has corresponding obligations. As a responsible person, he will be obliged to fulfill them.
The press release also indicated what Moscow expected Trump to do for them—overturn the “destructive and domestic policies pursued by the current administration.” This, of course, refers to the Biden Administration’s steady support for Ukraine, which is currently at war with Russia.
The message is clear: Russian election interference helped install Trump into power. In exchange for it, Trump will end U.S. support for Ukraine.
Putin also appeared to fire a shot across Trump’s bow by airing explicit photos of Melania Trump, his wife, at prime time on Kremlin-controlled state media channel Russia 1. Coming only days after the election, it appears to have been a reminder to Trump about who’s in charge.
It seems to have worked, too. Trump is already doing Putin’s bidding by nominating suspected Russian asset Tulsi Gabbard to become National Intelligence Director, in charge of the CIA and other intelligence agencies. She’s a legitimate national security threat. His other cabinet choices are highly controversial (like nominating a Fox & Friends host to be Secretary of Defense), but Tulsi as DNI is a clear and present danger.
Security Expert Spoonamore Sends Second ‘Duty to Warn’ Letter
Steven Spoonamore, a cybersecurity specialist and tech CEO (that I wrote about previously), has sent a second warning letter to officials, informing them of his professional analysis that election security may have been defeated.
To Vice President Harris and election officials in the swing states, he wrote: “You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states. In my professional view there are multiple and extremely clear indications the Presidential vote was willfully compromised.”
His first letter, sent two days after the election, was addressed only to Pennsylvania officials. Only Harris can request a hand recount of swing states.
As proof of election manipulation, Spoonamore cites data analysis that reveals highly unusual voting patterns. He says that approximately 600,000 votes for Donald Trump appeared as "bullet ballots"—votes cast only for president, with no down-ballot selections. These anomalous votes are overwhelmingly concentrated in seven swing states, including Arizona, Michigan, North Carolina, and Wisconsin, where the drop-off in voting is so extreme it likely has reversed the outcome of the election.
The scale and precision of these irregularities raise serious concerns that they were artificially created to manipulate results. In states like Arizona and Nevada, these "bullet ballots" make up a significant portion of Trump's total, enough to surpass mandatory recount thresholds. In contrast, neighboring states with similar voting demographics show normal levels of drop-off, further highlighting the abnormality.
Spoonamore believes this pattern points to a coordinated effort to fabricate votes. He suggests this could have been done using basic programming skills and access to voter data, potentially targeting non-voters who had pledged support for Trump and provided their signature to Elon Musk’s America PAC. These "ghost voters" could then be marked as having voted, inflating Trump's totals in key jurisdictions and preventing any further scrutiny through mandatory recounts.
Presuming that physical paper ballots are absent for these votes, Spoonamore is calling for a full hand recount in the affected states to uncover the truth. A recount is the only way to verify the legitimacy of these votes and ensure the integrity of the election process.
Donald Trump didn’t just steal the election, he stole America’s future. And it will stay that way unless we do something about it.

With democracy at stake, isn’t this election worth double-checking?
On his Spoutable account, Spoonamore states that four national law firms, several senior people, and a “self-organizing tech-mob” of data-hunting online volunteers are now involved in the investigation uncovering the truth behind the stolen election.
He also notes that he has heard from three individuals “close to Ms. Harris,” none of whom believe she will ask for a recount. Spoonamore relays that one of them was “floridly livid” about his continued efforts to call for recounts. He takes this as a sign he’s getting closer to the truth and only has more resolve to push forward.
If interested, Spoonamore did an organized “Ask Me Anything” event on Reddit today (November 17) at 4 p.m. Eastern. Check out his responses!
Elon Musk Reacts to Growing Calls for Recounts & Investigation
Creepy Trump-fan and real-life Scrooge McDuck Elon Musk has started taking a harder stance on those posting about what he calls “foreign interference hoaxes.” He claims that “there will be consequences” and that “the Hammer of Justice is coming.”
I don’t imagine that’s the name of his new mixtape?
He’s also threatened Rep. Adam Schiff, former Presidential COVID-19 Advisor Anthony Fauci, and former Hillary Clinton campaign Chairman John Podesta with the same fate. As someone who is calling attention to how Russia stole the election, I feel honored to be in such esteemed company.
But can we talk about his word choice, here?: “Foreign interference hoaxes.” He doesn’t say “election fraud hoaxes,” which is the most obvious way to phrase it.
It feels a bit like an unintended confession, doesn’t it?
In a rare bright spot of hope, Democratic senators now demand an investigation into Musk’s Russian ties. Maybe he was right about the impending “Hammer of Justice,” after all.
More soon.
We're at war, and Russia is on the cusp of a decisive victory.
